Yuan Peng

Yuan Peng is a banking and finance lawyer. She has participated in various financing projects including cross-border bilateral and syndicated finance, cross-border real estate finance and acquisition finance. She is also experienced in advising foreign exchange controls and China-related cross border securities issues.

• Acted for a foreign bank in an onshore-offshore loan (including outbound lending facility, onshore fix-assets loan and the foreign debt) in relation to acquisition of a warehouse property in Jiangsu.
• Acted for syndicate lenders in an onshore-offshore re-financing transaction for three borrowers.
• Acted for a policy bank in a cross-border USD loan granted to a JV contributed by a central enterprise in support of the construction of power plants in Bangladesh.
• Acted for Chinese syndicate lenders in a development loan in relation to a residential development project in Beijing.
• Acted for a Chinese bank in the financing of an IDC project in Beijing.
• Acted as a regular legal counsel for a well-known foreign bank.
• Acted as a regular legal counsel for a large international trading house for its onshore / offshore structured trade finance business
